It was set up to encourage cooperative information sharing between Councils. All articles and information on the site are contributed freely by site members, and anyone & everyone is encouraged to join the site. If you find any inaccurate information, please feel free to correct it.
It is primarily aimed at Australian Councils but members from other Countries are also welcome.
Australian Councils are responsible for a wide range of civil assets including; roads, stormwater drainage, buildings & in some states water & sewerage infrastructure. Pages about a large number of asset types have already created & it is intended to add content about design considerations and maintenance techniques to these pages.
